We love our house. It is elegant, light & spacious with 5 bedrooms, a fabulous oak-floored kitchen/diner, cosy sitting room (with sofa bed), study/playroom with piano & an enclosed paved garden. Both of the childrens' bedrooms have bunk beds. The house can accommodate 10-12 people and is very child-friendly, with lots of toys, puzzles, games etc. We have all sizes of bikes and various sports' equipment too you can use.

A wonderfully quiet and friendly neighbourhood yet close to every amenity you could think of. We love the area as we have the best of both worlds - the hustle and bustle of London or the fresh air of the river or Surrey hills. There is so much to do from our doorstep. At the end of our road we have a newsagents for fresh milk, croissants, bread and newspapers etc. Indian, Persian, Chinese and Italian restaurants. Buses to go to Surbiton train station (18 mins on train to Waterloo) or into Kingston town centre for theatre & serious shopping. 5-10 mins walk there is a petrol station; supermarkets/other shops; a Post Office; churches & cafes; a park with swings, fields & tennis courts etc; Something about ourselves

We are Giles & Frances - a Teacher and Tennis Coach. We have 3 children, Penny 7, Sam 5, and Charlie who is 1. Our children are well-behaved and treat houses with respect. We love being with our kids; cooking (a well-equipped kitchen is essential!), music, seeing new places and being outside in the fresh air. Being a teacher means that we have lots of holiday during the year but with 3 young children we need a good self-contained base. We love to be able to access things to do without having to use a car too much and we like to be spontaneous when possible. We don't always plan our holidays well in advance, so as long as it is school holiday time, we'd be up for something at short notice.
