Our home is a single storey converted old stables, we have another barn in the garden which is currently being renovated to use as a holiday let.Our home consists of a large kitchen with an Aga and table seating 6,seperate dining room, lounge with woodburning stove & TV, family room with 2nd TV, conservatory, utility room, pantry and welly boot room. We have 4 double bedrooms, one ensuite with a family bathroom and a seperate shower room. Quiet location and set in 2+ acres with a wood and the River Chet running at the bottom of our garden.

Berghapton is a delightful village 9 miles south east of Norwich. Norwich has an International airport and is a fine City with excellent shopping including 2 malls, a beautiful cathedral, a castle,cinemas,theatre, 50m swimming pool and many lovely restaurants. London is a 2 hour train journey away with the University town of Cambridge 1.5 hours drive away. We are close to the local market towns of Bungay and Beccles with a weekly market. Stately homes like Sandringham, Holkham Hall and Blickling Hall are all within an hour or so drive and well worth a visit. The seaside locations of Southwold and Walberswick are very popular, with lovely places to eat and nice beaches. Beautiful beaches in North Norfolk, such as Brancaster and an RSPB reserve at Titchwell. The Norfolk Broads are again close by and offer many kinds of boating activities. Something about ourselves

We are a Family of 4. Kevin is a Self-Employed Builder and Caroline is a Nurse. We have 2 children, a son aged 15 and a daughter aged 12. They are very well behaved and well mannered. We look after our home very well and keep it tidy and clean, we will look after your property well and hope you will do the same.
