Our house was built in 1860 and completely refurbished last year.
4-bedroom house is situated on a very quiet street in Stoke Newington, a lovely family-friendly part of north London.
Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. I love spending time in my home and having friends over, it is warm and inviting.

There is large light living room, one study, and a large open plan kitchen diner (with under floor heating) where all the family can eat. The kitchen overlooks a lovely patio with sofas. It's a spacious house and a typical London period property, with wooden floors, high ceilings, large rooms.

Stoke Newington is in Zone 2 and is a lovely "village" in London with a great atmosphere.
Stoke Newington is one of the few independent villages in London, with many of London’s finest shops and restaurants, but only 30 mins from Oxford Circus, 20 mins from the City or 5-10 mins from Islington
We are a few minutes by bus from Angel and walking distance to Highbury.
Transport links are excellent: the City is 20 minutes by bus, Kings Cross St Pancras (Paris in 2 hours!) is 20 minutes by bus, the West End is 30 minutes. 20 mins walk to Arsenal tube and 10 mins by tube to Convent Garden.
All amenities are 1 minute walk away(supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, health food shop, day and night markets, beautician)
We’re 3 minute’s walk from Clissold Park, with its tennis courts, children’s playground and leisure centre with 2 indoor swimming pools, Clissold park has 54 acres, with a newly refurbished House, cafe, restaurant, Gardens and lakes. We are Yvonne and Justin, a married couple with one two year old boy. We are both professionals (architect and business analyst) and enjoy travelling when able to get away.
