Our home is a comfortable, warm, clean, 2 bedroom family apartment with wooden floors throughout. It is located within the heart of fashionable Crouch End, only 30 minutes from the West End on public transport. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has full sized bunk beds. We also have a travel cot with bedding and a double airbed which can be used in the living room. The living room is large and light with a dining table and optional highchairs. There is also a large chest full of toys for toddlers.

Our flat is located on the main broadway with an abundance of cafes, boutiques and interesting independent shops. It a very child friendly place with 2 parks including children's playgrounds both within easy walking distance. Many artists, actors and "creatives" live in the area and there a few commercial galleries around. There are lots of nice restaurants and bars and lots of hair dressers and beauty saloons for pampering. There is a public swimming pool with a toddler pool and lido for outdoor swimming 10 minutes walk away. The surrounding area is leafy, with Highgate woods and Highgate Cemetery (resting place of Karl Marx) nearby. As well as being only a short tube ride from the West End, other North London attactions such as Hampstead Heath and Camden Market are nearby. Something about ourselves

We are Claire (artist and children's writer: http://www.clairealexander.com and Dennis (university lecturer) and we live here withour 4 year old daughter and our new baby. We are English, in our late 30's and we love art, culture and music. We have lived in our home for 12 years and have built good relationships with our neighbours who are friendly and welcoming.
