Description of our house

![]() ]
We live in a lovely 3 storey Edwardian terraced home close to central London. We have 3 bedrooms and can sleep five plus a baby. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a single bed in the second bedroom but this has a trundle so can make 2 singles or a king sized bed. There is a single bed in the third bedroom (plus a cot for a baby if needed). We also have an office with high speed broadband and can offer the use of a laptop. There are lots of original features in the house, wooden and tiled floors with carpet on the stairways. There is a garden and patio area with dining table. Although we are close to central London, the area itself is calm and peaceful and very family orientated.

We live in North West London, in Kensal Rise which is is described as 'hip and happening' in a local blog! We are ideally situated for exploring all the tourist and cultural sites of London. We are a comfortable walk from 2 tube stations (zone 2) - Willesden Green and Queens Park, and a 10 minute walk from the overground station at Kensal Rise. It is very easy to reach Stratford and the Olympic village on one train ride either from Willesden Green or Kensal Rise. Something about ourselves

We are a family of 4 - Malcolm is a high school teacher (after many years in the music business), and Pam is a manager in a non profit (charity). We lived in California for a few years and loved it - we really enjoy travelling and experiencing different places and cultures. We have an 12 year old daughter, who loves all sport and music (plays sax and piano), and we also have a 2 year old son who just loves life! They are both very well behaved and respectful of other people's homes. ![]()
