Ours is a light filled, cozy, warm Victorian conversion on a tree lined Avenue. The accommodation is on the second and third floors of the building. On the second floor we have our kitchen/diner, lounge and bathroom and on the third floor we have our bedrooms and study area. We have a wonderful housekeeper who keeps our home in immaculate order!

The property is situated in Canonbury, an area that lies between Stoke Newington and Highbury. We are two blocks from Newington Green http://newingtongreen.org.uk and situated a stones throw from local shops, bars, restaurants. It is a ten minute walk to the closest tube station (Highbury and Islington, Victoria Line - Zone 2) and Canonbury overground station is nearby. We are Annette & Robert, a married couple with two daughters aged three and 20 months old. We are in our forties. We lived for a many years in New York and returned to London four years ago. Robert is retired and I am a student. We have exchanged our home once before very successfully.
