I have a very nice 4th floor flat in Notting Hill (zone 2). It was built 9 years ago. It's a 10 minute walk to Westbourne Park tube station. One of London's biggest markets 'Portobello Market' is a 10 min walk away. It's very close to the beautiful streets of Notting Hill. The one bed room flat has a big balcony over looking a canal with evening sun and suits a couple best but with a double bed sofa, 4 people can fit, although a bit tight. There's a huge supermarket 'Sainsbury' just 5 minutes walk away and a small 'off licence' just cross the street. If you're into yoga, one of London's best yoga studios 'Jivamukti' is in the same building. The building is very safe and secure with security staff patrolling the property. I have done many other exchanges and I also rent out my flat through 'airbnb'. I can give excellent references! Welcome!

The area is on the border of Notting Hill and Kensal Rise with the canal dividing the two areas. Portobello road attracts tourists from all over the word due to it's famous market with second hand clothes and antiques. There's a fun mix between bohemians around Portobello road and the rich and famous in the more expensive streets of Notting Hill. Something about ourselves
