We offer a lovely spacious garden flat only 20 minutes from the centre of London. We have 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed that sleeps 2 and a large built in wardrobe, cupboard and chest of drawers and an en-suite shower room that has been recently refurbished with shower, loo and large wash basin vanity unit and over the sink wall mounted cupboard with mirror. A single bedroom that sleeps 1 with chest of drawers, bookcase and pleasant outlook onto patio and garden. A second double bedroom that sleeps 2 with free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers. A second bathroom housing bath, loo and sink with wall mounted over the sink cupboard with mirror and light is next to the second double bedroom. A study with window overlooking the side patio has a desk with telephone and broadband internet connection and cupboard with printer. Our kitchen is comfortable and practical with an extendable dining table and 4 chairs, a fridge, dishwasher, double electric oven and gas hob washer/dryer and back door leading onto side patio and the garden, which is our pride and joy! and has a website of its own so please have a look by going to http://www.thegardennw2.co.uk where there is an outside dining area and many other points of interest. The sitting room has 2 sofas one of which is a sofa bed which sleeps 2 a TV, DVD and CD player and double glass doors leading into the conservatory which also has double glass doors leading onto the patio and our large and beautiful garden. The flat is carpeted throughout except the bathrooms, study and kitchen, the sitting room and conservatory have a varnished wooden floor.

Our flat occupies the entire ground floor of a house built in 1910 and is situated in Willesden Green in an area known as the Mapesbury Conservation Area which is made up of several tree-lined streets with all of the houses having been built around 1910. We are 7 minutes walk from Kilburn tube station and from there only 20 minutes to central London. Less than 5 minutes walk to the end of our road and buses to Marble Arch and Victoria Train Station. Nearby Queens Park offers a Sunday farmers market, cafes, shops, a gastropub and restaurants and a lovely park with children's play area, pitch and putt golf course and tennis courts and park cafe. The famous Tricycle Theatre and Cinema is just 5 minutes down the road in Kilburn. We are also within easy reach of Hampstead, Nottinghill and Kensington and for sporting enthusiasts we are very near Wembley Stadium. London offers a fantastic variety of entertainment, a rich and varied cultural and historical experience and fabulous shopping! My husband Chris and I (Miranda)are in our 50's and semi retired. We both used to work in the media industry, Music and Advertising respectively. We both love to travel and explore in comfort! and we love the sunshine and friendly people.
