Description of our house
Our wonderful home is a unique ground floor apartment in a fantastic location. The building is a grade II listed priory which is attached to one of the oldest churches in England and is over 200 years old but has a very modern contemporary interior. It has a privately gated exterior and has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet, 2nd bedroom is my daughters room with a full size single bed, and the 3rd bedroom i use as an office but it has a double size sofa-bed which is very comfortable. The large lounge has doors onto a beautiful communal garden set in a secluded quadrant which is very tranquil considering our central location, the lounge also has a large plasma TV (cable) and wireless broadband and ipod connectivity. Our kitchen is fully equipped and has table and chairs for dining. The main bathroom is brand new with jacuzzi bath. The apartment has wooden floors throughout and is very well presented.

We are lucky enough to be located in one of the best areas of London surrounded by the green and woodland of Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Regents Park and yet just a 15 minute bus ride (you can catch the 24 bus from outside our door) costs just £1.50 for trip to Oxford street, Soho, and on to Trafalgar Square... infact all the delights of London for shopping, cultural, museums, galleries, tourist attractions and Nightlife. We are also just 10 minutes from Kings Cross S.T. Pancras station which serves the Eurostar train if you wanted a trip to Paris, Brussels e.t.c. we also have 3 underground stations within walking distance Belsize Park being the nearest. Belsize park has a beautiful village feel to it with lots of local restaurants, traditional English Pubs and local shops. Also just 10 minutes walk away is the famous Camden Market one of the biggest markets in Europe, very colourful and lots of interesting stalls and live music venues and great food. Notting Hill is also in west London.
