Beautiful 4 bedroom Maisonette over raised and lower ground floor with small courtyard garden. Recently refurbished, the flat is in excellent condition with the downstairs in an open plan style with wooden floors throughout. The kitchen, lounge and dining room are open, with a separate double bedroom and downstairs toilet and cloakroom. One of the sofas in the living room is a daybed and can be converted to a single bed. Upstairs is carpeted with two large double bedrooms and one smaller double currently used as a nursery which is equiped with a cot. The family bathroom is also upstairs. We have a car which we are happy to include in the swap, and also two bikes with a baby seat that can be attached.

Our neighborhood
We live in Highbury, Islington, home of Arsenal Football team. It is a leafy North London enclave in zone 2, with excellent transport links to central London. There are two parks within 10 minutes walk, each with Leisure Centres, swimming pools, and childrens play parks. Locally, we have a wonderful range of shops including an Italian Deli, health food shop, florist, post office, and a couple of really nice pubs and cafes. Canonbury Overground Station is less than 5 minutes walk. We are one stop from Highbury & Islington Tube station (15mins walk) and the Victoria Line which will take you to the heart of Oxford Street in 4 stops or 10 minutes... If you would like a night out, or trip to the shops but don't want to travel to central London, we are 15 minutes walk to Upper Street which leads to Angel, a vibrant area and the heart of Islington. This mile long street is packed with boutiques, cafes, trendy bars, clubs and wonderful restaurants. Something about ourselves
We are Jenefer & Dave a married professional couple in our 30's. We have a baby boy called Oscar who is 2 and a half years old and my husband runs a Digital Marketing Agency. We have just returned from the most wonderful time on our first swap and are looking forward to arranging more soon.
