Description of our house
My flat is of a higher design and has light carpet throughout. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with 11 foot sash windows leading out to a small terrace that overlooks a garden square. There is a sofa bed couch. The bedroom has a queensize bed. The small bathroom does have a full size tub and shower. I am looking for non simulaneous swaps most of the time.

There are 3 tube station within a 10minute walk.
In order of close proximity; Royal Oak, Bayswater, Queensway. You can get anywhere in London. There are restaurants, grocery and shopping within a 2 minute walk.

Something about ourselvesI am a consultant in the architecture/interior design/corporate real estate area. I am single and have just finished completely redoing the flat and am a bit nervous about swapping. Will need to have people that value high design and good quality space and will take care of it.
