This is the ideal house for a family who wish to visit London. The garden is a fabulous space with swings and a huge trampoline. It is a spacious and very comfortable family home in a pleasant residential street and has excellent transport into Central London. You can be in the West End in 30 minutes, or you can spend time locally in fashionable Queens Park, Notting Hill, Portobello and Kensal Rise. Downstairs there are 3 large rooms: kitchen with large table (the kitchen has a utility room off it where washing and drying can be done), dining room with large table, and a comfortable sitting room with lovely open fire where there is a double sofa bed. There is also a spacious entrance hall with a w.c. off it. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: One large double room with a king size wooden bed, one single room and one twin room.
We have recently built a beautiful studio right beside the house which is self-contained and has its own separate entrance. The studio is ideal for a couple or single person. It has its own shower room with toilet as well as a mini kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV. Upstairs is an open mezzanine floor with king-size bed. The studio can be swapped on its own or together with the house. We do rent it out for short lets so it kept very clean and simple. Please note that the studio would not be suitable for an elderly person.
We have two adorable cats who are great fun and very easy to care for.
