We live in a residential street with a huge park right on our doorstep. The park is lovely with a great cafe. Within a short walk there are shops, cafés and gastro pubs. There is also a local tennis club of which we are members, and a sports club just around the corner. Getting into Central London is easy by public transport, taking just over 30 minutes to get to Oxford Circus.
Something about ourselves
We are an easy-going family of 5 with 2 girls (18 & 14) and a boy aged 12. Richard is a writer and Yvonne is a French Teacher. We have experienced 3 brilliant exchanges, one fantastic exchange with a family in Barcelona, one to France and an amazing exchange to Brazil. We like to have lots of communication with our exchange family before the holiday to ensure both families have a great time. In summer 2013 we are looking for somewhere with a pool where we haven't been before. In mid Feb or April 2014, we would really like to do a few days in a ski resort.
