We offer a large beautiful 4 bedroom detached house in Kent, close to Maidstone. We have 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom offers a King Size Bed with ensuite shower room, the second bedroom offers a king size bed, the third bedroom is a childrens room with a toddler bed, the fourth bedroom is currently used as an office but a double bed is available for this room. There is one large living room with 42inch flat TV with SKY and DVD blue ray player, there are patio doors opening onto the garden. The kitchen offers all the appliances required and opens onto the dining room. There is a child's playroom downstairs that is available to children visting. We also have a downstiars WC and utilty room with washing machine and dryer.

Kings Hill is a new modern village in West Malling, 15 minutes from Maidstone. It is located about 20 miles outside London to the south east within easy reach of the beautiful kent countryside (Garden of England) with stately homes and castles all around us. An 18 hole championship golf course is 100 yards by foot. Something about ourselves

We are a family with a young daughter who we are interested in showing the world and other cultures and thought this would be an ideal oppurtunity. Dermot is an Assistant Head Teacher and I work for the local governement, therefore we are only able to travel in the UK school holidays. Dermot is a keen golfer and a member of Kings Hill Golf Club, 100 yards way. We both enjoy being outdoors and cycling with our daughter, which is great where we live as it is so safe. We are looking for beach based holidays for our daughter who is now 3.
