The main bedroom has an ensuite shower and toilet. We have a light and spacious kitchen diner, two reception rooms and main bathroom. The garden 40 foot long, with a decking area and BBQ for eating and lawn. At time of print we have 2 rabbits and a guinea pig housed in the garden shed that would need feeding once a day, or they can go to a neighbours.

Our house is in a quite but friendly area in a town called Portslade By Sea, 15 mins drive west of central brighton, close to a local park and a shopping area. We live 15 mins walk/5 mins drive from the beach, lagoon with watersports and children's play area and cafe (belonging to Heather Macartney!). The area is very accessible by public transport with a station nearby and bus stops minutes away. London is an hour away by train and the south downs are 10 mins drive away. Brighton is a very lively cosmopolitan city rich in culture. Attractions include the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Pier, the Laines shopping area, art galleries, and numerous venus to see concerts and plays as well as nightclubs. In short, something for everyone! ![]() Something about ourselves

We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers, only our 15 year old daughter will accompany us. I work in Human Resources for a charity, and my husband is self employed. We are both passionate about music and art, and love living in such a city rich in culture as Brighton. We have exchanged many times and throughly enjoy the opportunity to explore new areas. As our children are still at school, we are tied to the school holidays, so would like to exchange for up to 2 weeks in late July/August. ![]()
