The house is located on a small private road beside the lane leading down to the beach and the South Devon coastal path.

Both countryside and coast are only minutes away with the beautiful Dartmouth Estuary and ferry just twenty minutes west and the attractive town of Torquay 20 minutes east. It is ideally located as a touring base for either Devon or Cornwall. However, there is so much to see and do in the surrounding area that you need not go far. The beach is just 100 yards away or if you prefer walking, the coastal path will take you all along the south west Devon coast. A ten minute drive will find you in stunning Devon countryside with it's beautiful winding country lanes, gentle rolling hills, quaint villages and country pubs.

We are a professional family and have lived abroad for many years. Now retired we look forward to visiting some new places and meeting new friends.
