Our neighborhoodSidmouth is considered the "Jewel in the Crown" of east Devon. Situated on the south coast of this beautiful county and only 12 miles from the historic city of Exeter with fast rail links to London and Bath. The town is set on the jurrasic coast which has world heritage status. Much of the wooded sky line is owned and protected by the National trust and is ideal country for walking/hiking. The town centre is within easy walking distance for all ammenities and is an architecturai jem completely unspoilt with a theatre and many sports facilities.

Something about ourselvesMy wife and I are semi-retired teachers.with a family that has flown the nest!. We are well travelled, having visited most continents, our interests also include:- acheology, history, rugby, antiques, walking and the theatre.
