The property is on the gound floor with 2 large bedrooms one with twin beds and one with a king size double bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and lounge area. There is also a private patio and large conservatory. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the town, beaches and cliffs. It is situated on a quiet secluded road, and it's both comfortable and homely in winter and summer.Large parking area for cars/boats.

Salcombe is a small delightful village. Once a thriving fishing port it is now a very sort after exclusive holiday destination. Situated on the banks of the most beautiful estuary on the South Coast of Devon, there are miles of safe sailing waters and small beaches.The whole South Hams area is one of outstanding natural beauty, with narrow single track roads and stunning coastal paths. The headlands and coastal paths on either side of the estuary are owned by the National Trust making it fantastic walking country. Something about ourselves

Peter and Pippa Hughes have two adult sons who all enjoy holidaying in Salcombe and have done so for over 20 years. Pippa runs her own Guardianship company and Peter is a Chartered Surveyor. Tom works in Human Resources in London and Ben is studying in Melbourne, Australia, and they are keen to meet up for holidays anywhere in the world when they can. Pippa and Peter live in Malvern in Worcestershire, but enjoy the Devonshire scenery, the local restaurants, pubs, cliff walks, beaches and sailing. It is a great place for a holiday as it is relaxing, quiet and is situated in the most beautiful part of Southern England.
