We, Alan and Mavis, have a delightful mid Victorian home with period furnishings and sympathetically renovated and maintained . There is a typically cornish garden maintained by a gardener; and the house is lovingly cleaned twice weekly by the amazing Monica.

We are well positioned in the heart of Cornwall. very handy for St Ives, Falmouth, Penzance, Truro and the nearby coasts and beaches. The climate tends to be milder than much of England and the area is a favourite for people on holiday. Something about ourselves

Alan is a recently retired solicitor, loves music and entertains on his piano in the music room, He is also a keen organist . Great sense of humour (this is being written by a relative) Mavis, who was formerly Administrator of Cornwall Law Society, is now looking to savour the delights of other areas and homes through home exchanges. While at home both play important roles in the church and the local community. Having made several trips to Australia in recent years we are looking to explore other parts of the UK. We have experienced two home exchanges one in Scotland and the other recently in Oxford which were both very successful.
