Our home is a 4 bed detached house. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway, a small front garden and a 70ft rear garden with decking area, 10ft trampoline with enclosure, swing for small children, sand pit, and veggie patch (help yourself!). The house has a modern kitchen, large living room (with LCD TV/DVD player and surround sound), conservatory/dining area, a playroom (which has a tv/dvd player and sofabed in) & a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms - 2 doubles, one with a new en-suite shower room, and two single childrens rooms (cot also available if required). There is also a newly refurbished family bathroom. The house is light and spacious. It is in an incredibly quiet location, not overlooked, and the neighbours are very friendly. We have a 7 seater car with sat nav which would be available for use.

Our neighborhood
We live in a quiet village close to Amersham in Buckinghamshire. It has a village shop and pub (both of which are 5 mins walk from the house) and village green with childrens play area. There are numerous walks through woods and across fields from the house. Amersham is a lovely old town and is 5 mins drive away. It has been the scene for several movies including Four Weddings and a Funeral and is very beautiful with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Amersham also has a Tube station and central London is 30 mins on the train. It also has other amenities such as a supermarket, swimming pool, banks, post office, chemists, shops, etc. Great Missenden is another lovely town 5 mins away and has the benefit of the Roald Dahl museum amongst other things. Windsor is 30 minutes drive away, as is Oxford, and the Cotswolds are within easy reach (approximately one hour by car). This area of Buckinghamshire is an affluent one with lovely towns and villages, and a favourite with celebrities who own homes here such as Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt, Sharon Osbourne, etc. Something about ourselves
We are a couple in our thirties with two young children age 5 & 3, so we have many toys/DVDS and equipment for young children. We have a Welsh Springer Spaniel (Rufus - who would be boarded whilst you are here), a cat and 3 chickens (lovely fresh organic eggs for breakfast!). We love to travel for holidays and long weekends but we are limited to school holidays.  = marks the location of this home
