We are a retired couple who live in the south of France and this flat is our second home so simultaneous exchange is not neceesary. We would be prepared to consider a longer exchange or rental.
Before retirement we lived in Ascot and our family all still live locally.
We have been in the south of France in a small ancient Catalan village for a number of years and after renovating a very old water mill we have now been able to enjoy travelling and in the last year have made two successful exchanges with our other flat in Calella de Palafrugell in Spanish Catalunya.
Jane now spends much of her time as an enthusiastic artist and gardener. Keith, now as well as the garden, is involved with two local choirs and also with the local village council. Our three adult children are all married and we have six grandchildren who also love this area and regularly visit us.
