Our house is a typical two story Danish brick house, spacious and practical - ideal for big families with teenagers or grown ups. First floor contains our kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a guest toilet. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The basement contains a washing room and 2 rooms suitable for youngsters. Outside in the garage we are preparing a fitness gym. The house is wired with high-speed net access and TV in almost all rooms. We have a very friendly cat trained to stay outside at night. Our house is placed in a village 10 minutes drive from the West-coast and in a safe neighborhood with light traffic. You have stores and a sportcenter in walking distance, and there's a bicycle track right in front of the house. Nearby you have lots of things to see besides the beach: the city Aalborg, Skagen at the top of Denmark, Lønstrup - a very nice fishing village etc. Near by is also Faarup Sommerland - a big family amusement park http://www.faarupsommerland.dk
If you want to see bit of the rest of Scandinavia, it's very easy to make shorttrips to Sveeden and Norway (boats from Frederikshavn and Hirtshals).

Our family consists of Leif (55, company owner) and Lone (55, leader of a health section). Two sons (18 and 20 - going to college and doing voluntary work in Africa). Besides we have 2 grown up girls living near by (21 and 22 - working and studying at the University) - and a boy also nearby (24, studying at the University College).
We are all responsible and calm people, who'll take good care of your home.
Sometimes we all travel together - but mostly only some of us go together. We also enjoy weekend trips and short vacations.
We have made two homeexchanges so far, which have been very successful. We love meeting new people and like the idea of home swapping.
