The apartment is a great penthouse with the best view of Copenhagen. We have the harbor pool just in front of the apartment with 3 pools. It is a new apartment only 3 years old with all you need. The apartment is 115 m2 very light on the 5. floor (with elevator). We have a huge living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom. There are access to DVD/Bluray, TV, internet, computer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, bikes - 2 normal and one Christiania bike (room for 2-3 children). We also have a balcony and a common garden.

The neighborhood is well known for its great architecture with very different buildings and canals inn between. The harbor-bus is just outside the door and it takes you to the center of copenhagen - the main square Rådhuspladsen, Tivoli, Christiania, Nyhavn, the Queens palace and the main shopping streets. We also have busses just down the street it takes you 10 minutes to the central station and the center of Copenhagen. Further there are great opportunities for walks in nice conserved areas close by. We are a small family. We have two girls, one at 4 years and one at 1 year. Jon is project manager working with integration at the ministry of integration affairs. Helle is a ph.d. student working with environmental development. Travelling has always been a huge part of our life. We have tryed one homestay before in Iceland and it was a great experience. We liked staying in the local surroundings that homestay offer.
