Our luxury apartment is from 2007 and is 100 square metres with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with dining area and living area combined.
It is on the 5th floor with an elevator. The apartment has one large balcony with table and chairs. All rooms have a wooden floor and the bathroom has a granite floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction oven, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the bathroom. We have a DVD player, a Wii Console, and a 42" flat screen TV in the living area and a stereo in the main bedroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed, work desk and lots of mostly English books. The other 2 bedrooms are childrens rooms. One with a 200cm long bed which is high to the ceiling and best for children over 7 years. The other bedroom has a half high bed of 140cm long for a child up to around 8 years old. We do have an extra mattress of around 200cm long which can be added to one of the rooms if needed.
We also have a travel bed with mattress for a younger child up to 3 years old.
Downstairs there is a shared grass area with a brand new play area with a swing, sand pit, climbing area etc. There is also all the baby/young children equipment that can used such as a high chair and a stroller.
We have plenty of toys for children to play with. Ranging from lego, duplo, and brio to toy cars, games, puzzles and teddy bears.
We are interested in exchanges for around 7 to 14 days anytime in 2012 in Spain, Italy, cities in Europe. Open to long weekend suggestions for just my husband and I in Europe anytime. The apartment is located 1 minute from the very quiet metro station which is then only a 7 minute journey into central Copenhagen. It is also only 5 minutes walk from fields shopping centre and a 10 minute drive from the beach and the airport. There is also a bus stop 1 minute away.
There is also a large nature area 2 stops away by metro and another nature area 3 minutes walk away.

We are a couple in our mid thirties with two boys. One of 8 years old and one of 3 years old. I am English and my husband is Danish.
I am a running coach and also work freelance as a running sightseeing guide around Copenhagen. The rest of my time is spent caring for our 2 boys. My husband is a financial manager with the danish police.
We are non-smokers, and are very respectful of property and neighbours. Our children are also well behaved.
We have had 4 great exchanges, one in Milan in July 2010, one in Jutland, Denmark, one in Barcelona in July 2011, and have just returned from a fantastic swop in Dubai.
