Description of our house
Villa on water (built in 2002). Very nice and spacious interior. Scandinavian design. Two floors inside, 90 m2 roof-terrace, 30 m2 covered terrace and balconies. Situated in the harbour of Copenhagen, nice skyline- and sea-views, 5 minutes in car from central Copenhagen.
We would like to stay in Paris or Southern Spain for 2-4 months (october 08, november 08, december 08, january 09). However very flexible on dates within this 4-months period.

Our neighborhoodNeighbourhood is in the former industrial harbour in central Copenhagen. A neighbourhod that is little by little being changed from industry into exclusive living areas. Ressembles 'Docklands' of London quite a bit. Calm area, 100% safe surroundings and close to central Cph. One helpful and kind neighbour (on houseboat) just next door. Copenhagen - as the capitol of Denmark - is full of museums, restaurants, parks, nightclubs and friendly people.

Something about ourselvesNikolaj, Vanessa and our three kids: Bertram, Antonie and Maximilian. We have lived in Copenhagen for 10 years. Very pleasant city to live in. Nikolaj is a football agent. Vanessa is a researcher and teacher at the University of Copenhagen.
