Located right in the middle of denmark on the island of Fyn. It is a 2-storey house with four bedrooms, two of which have loft-rooms for sleeping. There is a nice kitchen, dining room and one big living room. The house is only 300 m. from the ocean and close to nature. Wooden floors and with bright and warm interior. Our home is comfortable and clean. The garden is medium size and very beautiful with lots of vegetables and flowers.

Our neighborhood
The town of Strib is a quiet place surrounded by water and forest - perfect for long walks and biking. Within 5 km. you'll find the town of Middelfart with lots of good restaurants and a cozy atmosphere. Here you'll also find an excelent golf course, museums, galleries and lots of family activities. In power of the central location in the middle of denmark Strib is an excellent starting point for excursions. Experience genuine Fyn idyll in the small and cozy villages around the countryside complete with old churches and half-timbered houses. Visit Odense (40 km), the hometown of the great danish author H.C Andersen, where you will find probably the best Zoo in Denmark and the medieval village “Den Fynske Landsby”. Copenhagen is 200 km away and the popular amusement park ‘Legoland’ is only 60 km away. Something about ourselves
We are a family of 5. Knud (52), Birte (52), Terese (23), Mathias (21) and Katrine (10). My wife is a teacher and i am a project manager working with IT in the healthcare business. Katrine has just finished 3 grade. Beside my job as manager i am coaching Katrines football team. My wife is the leader of the school choir where Katrine is also a participant. Terese and Mathias no longer live at home. Terese is studying medicine and Mathias is studying philosophy. We are an open and friendly family who have not done a home exchange before. We wish to experience distant parts of the world as well as showing others a traditional danish lifestyle  = marks the location of this home
