Near shopping, Theaters, restaurants (worlds best restuarant NOMA 10 min. away - booking in advance necessary) - Sleeps 4-6 pers. Elevator, Garage parking. B: A summerhouse 1hr drive from Tivoli - by the beach. Beautyfull Scenic. Newly build. 4 bedr.+loft sleeps 8-10 pers. All commodities, spa, 2 bathrooms, sauna etc. C: Dashling new lake-house, 5 bedrooms in suburb 20 minutes north of Copenhagen center. Total glas facade towards lake. Lakeview from all bedrooms + living and dining rooms. Scienic view. Enjoyable sunset 180 degrees - 3 terraces, 5 bathrooms. All of the places mentioned have open, well equipped kitchens. Pictures avaliable.

3 different neighbourhoods. A: Urban - close to all city attractions. B: Pitoresque - nature, beach, forest, hills C: Mixture - nature close to the city. All are "second" homes - dates flexible for your stay. Something about ourselves

We are a well-educated well-travelled, professional couple age 53/57. Non-smokers! No pets. Grown children away from home. We speak/read Danish, English, German and a little French. Love to travel - have been in most parts of the world. Discovered homeforexchange 2009 - and have come to love it so much. We have met really nice people and had great experiences. We have habits for part of our travel - in the summer we go to Nice, France for app 3 weeks - ocean view is important for us here. In december we go to our lodge in Krüger for a couple of weeks. The rest of the year we visit places all over the world - preferably involving home-swaps. We love to go skiing, the ocean, swimming/jumping in year round, eventhough we have to bring the chainsaw to dig through the ice. We have visited many places but have many to see yet :-) New York is allways on our list. And in 2014 we hope to be going to Sydney (looking for exchange with view). Non-simultaneously - or banked stays suits us fine. Looking forward to hearing from YOU.
