Our home is simple, modern, wooden house from 2006 with a sunny garden. It is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The house is situated in a village 5 km from Pardubice (100 thousand inhabitants). The place where we live is silent and calm. We have three double bedrooms, open plan kitchen attached to a dining and sitting room. We can accommodate 6 people. The house is child-friendly with lots of toys to play with. Also the garden is designed for children games and rest of adults. The corner under the grapevines with a large round table is a part of the garden and is perfect for summer grilling. Our house has broadband internet with WIFI connexion.

Our house is situated in the center of the Czech Republic. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the whole country (from us you get anywhere in maximum of 3 hours drive). The City of Prague is located 100 km west, accessible by motorway, journey time 1hr. The surroundings of Pardubice is ideal for bike tours and inline skating. 80 km north is the largest mountains of Czech Republic the Giant Mountains, with perfect conditions for hiking or cycling, in winter for skiing. We are Monika and Vita, we are a married couple with 2 childrens, older son called Krystof, 9 years old and the younger one called Jeronym 6 years old. Vita is an architect – designer and Monika is an exchange trader and coach. We are interested in meting people and their way of life, landscapes, architecture and good food. This will be our first home exchange and we are really looking forward to this adventure. We are very careful and responsible and would take very good care of your house in case of an exchange.
