Our recently renovated apartment includes a large entry hall, kitchen with adjoining dinning room that is connected with a living room through a large glass panel French doors. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a single bed. Two additional people can sleep on sofa bed in the living room.Two full bathrooms have toilets, sinks and showers (one large walk-in and other with a tub).

The apartment is located on the 4th floor in the building with elevator in the heart of fashionable central Prague Vinohrady residential district very near metro/tram stations and many restaurants and stores. My wife and are retired Czech-Americans. From October till May we live in our home in the Philadelphia suburbs in the USA. We use our Prague apartment during summer months June-August. We are interested to exchange our apartment during summer months when we are in Europe. The exchange does not have to be at exactly the same time because we can stay in a family country house in the Czech Republic while you will be visiting Prague. We would also like to travel and use your house in September when our apartment in Prague will not be available. Our friends a retired couple, may join us and stay with us in your home.
