We have renovated our flat one year ago. The building was built in 1905 in a typical Prague Art deco style. The building was recently renovated as well and includes luxury flats. In the flat there is one bedroom with double bed and balcony, large child room with possibility of one child and two adults to sleep, large living room, kitchen, hall, bathroom (bath and shower bath) and WC. The flat is on the first floor with windows orientated to the calm street (bedroom is oriented to the courtyard and is absolutly silent. The building has a modern lift. One urban bicycle and one children bicycle for your disposal.

Our flat is situated in the historical centre of Prague - Mala Strana and its position is ideal for exploring of the city highligths as Prague Castle, Charles bridge or Old town square by lovely walks. We really love our district - there are two large parks - Kampa and the Hill of Petrin (that you can reach by foot or by funicular if you prefer - the station is 3 minutes by walk from our flat). Nearby there is the river Vltava where you can rent small boats and pedals. There are many Pragues favourite restaurants and cafes just around the flat (the most beautiful art deco cafe - Cafe Savoy, a sushi bar or a typical czech pub). The bakery is round the corner. There are also several new children playgrounds very close (we enjoy them with our son frequently and we can recommend them ;-). Something about ourselves
