Rural house:
Our lovely rural house was totally renovated in 2005. It is only used for family and friends visiting us.
House consists two bedrooms and a living room with the kitchenette It is furnished to very cozy with modern kitchen- fridge, microwave, SAT-TV, high speed internet. From the house there is an access to the terrace and the garden – the plenty of space for the children.
You will find everything for a comfortable stay for a couple, but it is also big enough and safety with smaller children.
Our private house is in the neighborhood, so the house is always available for an exchange.
In the our private garden is available the swimming-pool (10m), outside furniture and chimney place.
La maison rurale
Notre belle maison a été rénovée en 2005. Nous utilisons cette maison seulement pour nos amis et pour les familles en vacances.
Elle est consistuée de deux chambres et une salle de séjour avec une cuisine. Elle est meublée très confortablement, et la cuisine est moderne avec frigo, micro-ondes, télévision avec les chaines du satellite, interne. Il y a un accès à la terrasse et au jardin avec un grand espace pour les enfants.
Notre maison privée est située à côté de notre résidence secondaire, qui est toujours disponible si besoin.
Dans notre jardin privé, il y a aussi la piscine accessible pour vous (10m). Rural house:

We are Roman (self-employed) and Hana (legal, insurance) - a married couple 42/41 with two teenagers.
Klara is 19 years, she studies French school, Filip is 14 years – ground school student and the competitive swimmer. Our travelling group is 4 people – sometimes only 2, if the children have their own activities for the holidays.
We are interested in travelling – we love sea and mountains, we love sports – sailing, biking, roller blading and skiing. We have got many friends – so we spent free time with them
Our family´s member is Colt – 2 years old dog – the Irish red setter. It doesn´t travel with :) and has its own space..Our guests don´t meet its, if they don´t want.
We have had several successful exchanges, and we see this as a fabulous way to explore and make new friends.
Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes: Roman (entrepreneur) et Hana ( services financieres), les parents mariés de 42 et 41 ans, et les deux adolescents, Klara, 19 ans, étudie au lycée français, et Filip, 13 ans, qui étudie à l’école primaire et qui fait de la natation en compétition.
Nous faisons le plus souvent nos voyages tous les 4 mais parfois seulement à 2 .
Nous sommes passionées par les voyages - nous aimons la mer et les montagnes, le sport, la navigation, le cyclisme, le patinage, le ski. Nous avons beaucoup d’amis avec lesquels nous passons la plupart de notre temps. Le dernier membre de notre famille est notre chien qui s’appelle Colt. Il a 2 ans et c'est un setter irlandais.
