Our 1st floor apartment is located in a small, exclusive development of apartments and villas. The large covered balcony offers the perfect combination of sunshine and shade, and is an ideal location for dining or relaxing at any time of the day while overlooking the beautiful gardens and large communal swimming pool. Both bedrooms (double & twin) are equally spacious and comfortable, and are separated by the bath/shower room. Remote-controlled air conditioning units and ceiling fans are provided throughout. In addition to the well appointed kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a TV, DVD player and a selection of books. The combination of cool ceramic floors, comfortable modern furnishings and sunlight throughout creates a relaxing and spacious holiday environment.

The apartment is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood only 5 minutes walk from the lovely Paphos Blue Flag beach and a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars. A pleasant 10 minute stroll along the picturesque seafront walk brings you to Paphos Harbour, with its charming medieval fort and famous archaeological sites. Paphos is a year round destination, with pleasant, mild winters and plenty of Mediterranean summer sun. The many attractions of Cyprus including the Akamas Nature Reserve, Aphrodite's Rock, the World Heritage Tombs of the Kings and the Troodos Mountains are all easily accessible from Paphos. We are Gail and Maurice, a married couple with 4 children ranging in age from 10 years - 3 years of age. I (Gail) am an acccountant and Maurice is a civil engineer. We live in Cork, Ireland and the property in Cyprus is our second home. We have had many wonderful holidays in Paphos, Cyprus with the children but we are now keen to show them other European countries and cultures and so are looking to exchange in 2012 with a property located in France. Our children are very well behaved and we would look after your property very well.
