We designed the house ourselves and have tried to create a cosy yet modern pretty townhouse that has everything. Each of the two bedrooms has balcony, fitted wardrobes and shower room/ toilet en-suite. Further shower room/toilet on ground floor. We have a small lounge and a seperate dining kitchen off which is the rear terrace suitable for dining, it over looks an orchard of Carob trees, with local goat heard passing through twice a day. The small front terrace over looks the communal pool. Our Cyprus home has a very sunny aspect. Plus Honda 4WD car, which we are prepared to make available.

The area was very rural until about 5 years ago, since then we Brits have arrived and there has been significant modern development. However it still has a certain rural charm. Peyia old village is a 10 minute walk from the house. The village has traditional Taverners and Bars, Banks, Church, food shopping etc. Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive away with sandy beaches, hotels, tourist shops and restaurants. Paphos Airport 22 KM. Paphos 15 KM. an historical old town and developing modern town with harbour, and world heritage sites, hotels and tourist attractions. Something about ourselves

Hi, we are Rog and Margaret. We originally planned to spend our Winters in Cyprus and Summers in the UK. However we have now taken out Cyprus residency and are only back in the UK for about 3 months a year. We love the warmth [Cyprus has the best all year round climate in the Med} the history and the food. We are golfers who have recently been won over by Bowls. This is played on a green all weather outdoor carpet type surface. We enjoy the Cyprus outdoor life style which includes walking and exploring the island in the Honda 4WD.
