A 3 bedroom villa in sunny Paphos, with its own kidney shaped swimming pool, with nice gardens and many fruit trees, and also banana plants. Open plan downstairs with kitchen/lounge/dining room, amd toilet/shower. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and seperate main bedroom toilet/shower room. The house is set in an elevated position, in a very quiet road with only 4 other houses.

A small rural road with only 4 other houses, very little through traffic, and no buildings directly in front or at the back. Of the neighbouring houses 3 are occupied by retired British citizens. One of the best beaches in Cyprus is within a 5 minutes drive, and also near is the Arkamas forests & parks. A 20 minute stroll down the hill will take you to the beach. Something about ourselves

I am now retired but I was the Finance Manager for a group of shipping companies. I was born in Cyprus but grew up in Australia, and also lived in England for many years. My wife Elli (also now retired) was a Deputy Headmaster at a local high school in Limassol, where our main house is located. The house is Paphos is our weekend/holiday home. We have 2 sons 20 and 18 years.The eldest is studying at Lancaster Univesity, and the younger one will attend Essex University from October 2011. This is why we are looking for an exchange in this area for that period. We respect other peoples properties, as we would expect them to respect ours. We have done three previous exchanges, all in England, which was all very succesful.
