Description of our house

We designed our home to suit our needs, its an open plan modern, bright and we think beautiful house with stunning views from nearly every window. To the left you see the mountains, right Peyia Village and to the main view of of the coastline from Paphos to St. Georges island. We have a beautiful garden with swimming pool and our house sits on a private plot of 1,100square meters. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and has views of the sea. The garden is designed to have sitting areas (6 ) in total so we can enjoy the views and also escape the sun when needed. Outside, we have a built-in barbeque, shower and a 10x5 meter swimming pool.

We live 5km uphill from Coral Bay, one of 3 bungalows. Each enjoying its own 1,100sq.mtr plot. Our neighbours live in Cyprus all year round which gives a constant factor. We are 5 mins from Peyia village which boasts a local supermarket, tavernas, and a beautiful Greek church. Its a buzzy, friendly village. We are also just 5 mins drive from Coral Bay beach which has been awarded the blue flag. Coral Bay itself also has a large range of restaurants suited to all tastes. Something about ourselves

We are David and Patricia, retired early from Ireland and moved to live in Cyprus in 2005. We love the lifestyle and are now free to travel more. We are both members of Tsada and Secret Valley golf clubs. Our children are grown up and living in London. We have just completed our first home exchange with great success. Ideally, we would like to spend July/August in England visiting family and friends and playing golf in some of the fantastic local clubs.
