We would like an exchange in or very near to Malters,Switzerland and very close to shops and public transport.
Our modern, first floor apartment is four years old, with two double bedrooms and combined living/ dining room. The main bedroom and the lounge both lead out onto the balcony. All rooms have views over the hills and the Mediterranean Sea. Both bedrooms have king size beds and fully fitted wardrobes, one having a bathroom/shower en-suite, the other having a shower/WC en-suite.
All rooms are fitted with reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating/cooling, ceiling fans and fly-screens. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and fan assisted oven and grill, microwave, and fridge/freezer.
The total size of our apartment is 91 sq m, with an outside south facing balcony where we spend most of our time, eating alfresco both summer and winter. There are two swimming pools and a Jacuzzi. We are fully committed with exchanges for 2013. Now looking for 2014.

It has a climate of 330 days of sunshine a year, with hot dry summers and mild sunny winters, mountain peaks and beautiful beaches. As is often stated, you can go from skiing in the morning on the Troodos to sunbathing on the beach in the afternoon.The area is a paradise for biking tours uphill, downhill and/or flat.
Swimming sites in Cyprus are ranked the cleanest in Europe.
It is located in the thriving village of Oroklini with several small supermarkets, banks, hairdressers, cafes, tavernas, two large 24 hour bakeries (amazing cakes), chemist, dentist, all within very easy walking distance. Large supermarkets - Carrefour, Lidl etc are in Larnaca, within 10 minutes drive.
Larnaca beaches are within 5 minutes drive and the fine white, sandy beaches and turquoise waters of Fig Tree Bay and Nissi Beach are under 30 minutes away.
