Description of our house

Our apartment is on second floor(top) in a small complex. The lift should be installed in the new year. We have a lovely swimming pool and a tiny one for children. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom is well appointed with an over bath shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and hand basin. The living room has a sofa bed too. We have a large balcony with views to the Mediterranean. Our kitchen is well apointed. All the main rooms open onto the balcony.

Our apartment is 5 minutes to the lovely town of Parallimni and close to some excellent restaurants and bars. If you want nightlife then the pretty harbour town of Agia Napa is a hive of activity after dark, and is only 15 minutes away. There are plenty of activities for children including an animal sanctuary, water park and a multitude of water sports. Some of the lovliest beaches are closeby. Something about ourselves

Bruce and I live in Perth, Western Australia. I am a hospital social worker(60)and Bruce is an IT consultant(58). Our 3 adult children no longer live at home,.We originate from the UK and purchased an apartment in Cyprus when we went to a cousin's wedding there. It's a great place for our families to visit us, and much closer than Australia. We intend to spend more time there when we retire. We do not have to swap simultaneously.
