Our condo is simply stunning! It has been designed by an architect with attention to every detail. The architect spared no expense used all the finest of materials to create this dream, showroom-style condominium - from Porcelainato floors in the living room/kitchen/hallway space to bamboo floors in the bedrooms, stone tiling in the master bathroom/shower, a pullout wooden partition to separate the Euromobilia kitchen from the living room (nice for entertaining), recess lighting and surround-sound stereo, etc. The furniture is all very high end - white leather couch, leather headboards in the bedrooms, 3 flatscreen TV's, modern dining room table that seats 12 people, etc. The condo is on the 4th floor of this pyramid-shaped building, but is actually 8 floors up because there are also 4 subterranean floors - allowing for a superb view of the city! There is air-conditioning in the master bedroom, a wine cooler and small refrigerator in the bar area, a laundry room with washer/dryer, hi-speed wi-fi and windows in every room. Relax on the balcony and watch the city life below. You will always want to return home from your day or night if you are living in this lovely condo! We own two secure underground parking spots.

We are located in the most extraordinary area of Ezcazu - a suburb of San Jose. Our area is called La Paco. We are in a great building overlooking the city. We have stupendous views of both the city and the hillside from the various sides of our condo. We are just a two minute walk to the restaurants, cafes and stores of La Paco - a delightful, upper scale commercial center. We are built into the hillside and our area is wonderful for walking up and down the hillsides and getting a bit of exercise. We are a 5-7 minute drive to a fabulous shopping mall called Multiplaza, and equal distance to the wonderful CIMA hospital. You will be delighted with the location. Something about ourselves

My French husband Jean Marc and I (from California) are just stepping into our 50's and are raising our 13-year-old daughter in Tamarindo. We originally bought our home 8 -years-ago while on our first vacation here. During the next two and 1/2 years, we travelled to Tamarindo 10 times and realized we loved it here. We started putting our daughter in school in Costa Rica over five years ago- part time at first, and during the rainy season we would return to the US. We finally decided over 3 years ago to sell everything we had in the US and make Tamarindo, Costa Rica our permanent home. Through the years we have done a fair amount of remodeling and adding on to our home and have made it quite a unique and beautiful compound. We have also built another hidden oasis called The Breeze - a luxury resort with five separate modern villas surrounding a magnificent cascading split-level pool. We run our resort year-round. We also bought a fabulous condo one year ago in Escazu - a great place to go to for a bit of culture and city life.
