Cozy two bedroom and one bath condo within walking distance to the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. Living room has two fold out futons, stereo with assorted music, and TV with dvd player and dvd's. Bedrooms each have a queen size bed. Central AC and pump with back up water tank. I will provide information on traveling to Costa Rica, airline tickets, rental cars, maps to waterfalls and all the local sites I have experienced in the past fifteen years to help you get the most out of your trip. Property manager will ensure everything is set up when you arrive and will take care of shutting everything down after you leave.

We are married with a very young child. We are beach people who like to surf, fish, golf, and relax. I own my own business and the condo is a home away from home. I have traveled to Costa Rica for years and will try and make sure your visit is a mixture of relaxation and excitement. I have owned a home for almost twenty years and the condo for over ten, and will make sure you place is left in the exact condition as when we arrive.
