We are located in Playa Potrero, 45 minutes from Liberia international airport, 20 minutes from Tamarindo, a world class surf and fishing town. We are in a quiet neighborhood with an undeveloped Costa Rican flavor. Five minute drive from Playa Flamingo, a multi-national community surrounding a marina which offers an international language school, a dive center, an internet cafe, casino, shopping and a variety of restaurants and bars.. My husband and I are passionate about travel.. We have a home in Beaver Cove, Maine (USA) and one in Playa Potrero/Penca Costa Rica . Both are available for exchanges..long or short term . We are both self employed and have lots of flexibility for exchanges that can be simultaneous or non . We have had 8 successful home exchanges and thoroughly enjoy this method of travel.
