My home is in Elegent Garden which is a famous international county in Shanghai. There is a club house with Gym, swimming pool, tennis court etc. and offers international channels and 24hrs security service. The house is a 3 floors villa with lovely garden, pond, trees, flowers and BBQ deck. There is a living room with piano, large family room, and dining room, nanny room, laundry room with two seperate bathrooms, and a big kitchen with storage room in the 1st fl. There are 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with single bed plus two bathrooms in the 2nd fl. 3rd floor for reading and entertainment room. It is a new morden Asian style house in Shanghai.

Situated in a international area on the highest part of Shanghai, with many nice restaurants, cafes, foreign cuisines and supermarket around, 10mins walk to the subway (line10 LongXi Rd), not far from the down town city for shopping and sight, for kids there is Shanghai Zoo 1 mile away. We are Kenny and Vivian, a married couple with a 11yrs old daughter and a 9 yrs old son. We have stayed in New York for many years and enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Shanghai.
