That is our second condo, on no# 6 FL of an 11FL building which is locate at the best location with lakeview in our community (we call garden here ).Have 4 bed room, 3 toilet, 2 dining rooms and 1 sky / indoor garden, with lift. We bought this condo in 2007 for my wife worked at a USA company just 5 minutes driving distance. But We return to shenzhen city to live in 2011 also for her job change, so this condo was vacant , but I go to clean once per month for good maintain. Maybe, compared to those big house in USA and Europe, it is small and simple. But it on a middle and little up level in Our China. My family are very proud to have such a condo in zhuhai, we plan to stay there when we retired for the flesh air, weather and good location.
located in gated comunity, My USA friend commented it is more safe then Whitehouse when he visited us. Since u need to pass 2 security gate before arrive this condo door. and have 24hrs security service
We have two vehicle, I drive one grey Toyota Highland SUV and My wife drive one red VolksWagon Bora. We maybe can offer one to u if your driving license works in China. You also can rent a private car with driver there, you can call service in 24hr,7days. it is just:
10Minuts to local downtown where have bar,Mcdonald, KFC, local pedestrail streel, local farmer's free market. fish market...
25minus to zhuhai airport.
30minuts to zhuhai downtown , and
25minust to Macau ,but u may need another 30minuts to pass custom. And can have those private car service whole day just for 60sud ,cover everything ,including driver. within
1hrs, your reach local best beach .
1hrs, you can reach the best hot spring resort in China. and just about 25usd, u can stay whole day there. additional professional massage is only 20usd.
1.5 hrs driving+ferry, u will arrive Hongkong internation airport or HK downtown.
1hrs driving or 40minuts high speed train, u will arrive Guangzhou. Believe it or not, I have visited Bevely Hill of Los angeles of USA, i don't think enviroment there is better than our place.

We are local Chinese but can speak English for general comminication. I have a English Name called Jack, and My wife -Cathy, our Son-Brian. Both of us are about 36years old, Brian is 3 years old ,in year2011. Cathy just have a break time of career now. Her last job is Sr. Manager for Fortun 500 American Company where she worked for 7 years. She plan to have break of 6-12months before to seek for new ideal job opportunity. Cathy is super easygoing person. Brian follows her nature more and very quiet compared to other kid of our friends. I am a person not so humor (Honest, from nature:-)) but still easygoing. I once worked for Nokia for 5 year as department manager and now cooperated with an USA company in Ohio for small biz on mechanics, electrical component and inflatable boat repairing machine. So all of Our family are flexible for travel, I just need internet accessing and phone call then can keep working. We have traveled to many countries, including UK, USA,Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Finland, Germany. I have been USA for many time but mainly for biz trip. Currently, I plan to bring my wife and son USA to stay for 3-5months in 2012, and send my son to a local USA kindergarden for learning English speaking and get some experience in different culture. If u could exchange house for 3-5months for living in China, and your area have kindergarden within 20minuts driving, let's make a deal!
