This house is located mountainside (Ville de Mont-Tremblant) secluded but a 8 minute drive from downtown Mont-Tremblant, count 20 minutes to the resort. It's fairly large with 5 bathrooms and 6 showers (There's even one in the garage....for the Spa!) It's 6000 square feets, but I have a guardian that lives on the second floor of the garage So you won't have access to the entire house, just my personal section, wich is the main property, with the most Square footage.

The spa works all year long (sea salt...no chemicals....better for your skin & swimsuit!)

Fireplace in and fireplace outside where you can wood BBQ on also! (I also have the conventional Propane BBQ on the covered deck, witch I use all year round) The burning wood is already cut and ready to be used. The Kitchen stove is gas. There's 3 TV's, one in the kitchen. Sound system plays in the bathrooms, outside in the spa, even in the garage!

The Air is crisp clean. the Tap water is excellent (390 meters well) The car can be exchanged but conditions may apply.

I'm single and I own a restaurant/pub in the centre of Mont-Tremblant downtown busy street (Since 2000). I like to travel a lot and did one exchange through my manager's home, last February, we went to St-Marteen/St-Barth and I'd really like to do it again, this time, with my own house, witch I built in 2007.
