We live on the 4th and last floor of a new building (23 apartments). The building has nice gardens, a lift, a garage and is very quiet. We have a large balcony with a gaz BBQ, a fire place, A/C and of course, all modern appliances new houses can have.

Laval is the second largest city of the province of Quebec. We live at 3km from Montréal, close to the river. The highway is at a 7 minute drive from home and Montréal downtown is at 20 minutes. Bike path and busses pass in front of the door. Many nice places to walk around and stores (supermarket, drug stores, banks and bakeries) are at a 7 minute walk. Something about ourselves
