Warm Swiss style all wooded interior(pine) with a cathedral ceiling in the living room and a big granit fire place. It has three bedrooms with a king in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest room and a hide-a-bed in the dan.There are two bathrooms one with a full bath ,the other with a shower and a sauna On the first floor there is also sort of a green house wher is our working area with internet and t.v.with also a bike for gym. The large balcony overlooks a large backyard(200 yards) with view of the mountain(skiing resort Mont Ste Anne,2600yards).There are many restaurants very close.

Our neighborhood
Our house is very cozy in the country near a skiing resort(Mont Ste Anne) There are several bike trails( 20mountain bike trails) close by and two 18th holes golf course at the door. Québec city is 20 minutes drive and has lot to offer.Thera are several FESTIVALS in the summer til september .It is also very beautiful in the fall (september-october)with the colors of the leaves...Quebec was famous for its 400ieme last year and continue to be recognised by UNESCO for its culture and the architecture of the french regime.Many galeries and the city is well known for its GASTRONOMY.There is also a lovey country to visit next door(ÎLE D'ORLÉANS)and a Swiss area called CHARLEVOIX(30 minutes). Pierre and I(GiGi) are retired medical professionnals in our sixties and are now spending our winter south in Florida. We have stayed mainley in Siesta Key the last four years and we love it. We bike quite a lot and enjoy the warm weather. We have been skiers before for many years and we now prefer the warm weather.We coul do simultaneous or non simultaneous exchange depending of the season.  marks the location of this home
