Description of our house
Comfortable cottage of 2200 square foot with all of the commodities you need to feel right at home. The land is very private and fenced all around. There are three large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, another with a queen size bed and one with a single bed. There are two bathrooms one on each floor, one connecting to the master bedroom. The house has central air conditioning for those hot summer days and a fireplace to relax after a day of downhill skiing. You can also relax all year round in the outside Hot Springs Spa for six people. At night you can have a swim in our outdoors heated swimming pool or just watch your favourite movie in our home cinema theatre full HD of 100 inches wide screen. You can also have your meals on the outside covered terrace or inside the dining room. Enjoy all summer long your own strawberries and tomatoes in the garden which are fabulous. Keep in touch through high speed internet with your loved ones. All of the floors are hardwood and ceramic, no carpet.

Our neighborhoodSt.Eustache is situated in a quiet suburb, 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Montreal or 40 minutes by train which is a great way to travel. Local parks near by to play free tennis and numerous bicycle paths. Enjoy visiting the Old Montreal and its excellent restaurants. Enjoy all of the world renowned festivals and world events such as, “Formula 1 Grand Prix”, “Just for Laughs Festival”, “The International Jazz Festival”, “Les Francofolies”, “International Fireworks Festival”, “Nights of Africa Festival”, “Tango Festival”, and much more. Museums lovers of art will be very well served in Montreal with countless museums to visit. St.Eustache is also situated 30 minutes from St.Sauveur in the Laurentians, it's renowned for their beautiful boutiques and downhill skiing. It's also 1h30min from the international Intra-West resort of Mont-Tremblant where you can enjoy skiing or golfing. Visit the beautiful city of Quebec City is a must as well. An Honda Odyssey or an Honda Accord can be optional to an exchange.

Something about ourselvesMy wife Patricia 37 years old and I 41 years old, are two working professionals and we have two children of 10 and 8 years old that are very well behaved. We are both non smokers and do not wish to exchange with smokers. Our interests include cycling with the kids, going to the beach and sightseeing. This is our first experience in a home exchange and we are looking forward to it. We are very tidy and clean. We will take care of your home as if it were ours and expect the same for our home.
