Description of our house
Our house is situated at a few km from Montreal,
Québec, in a French typical quartier. It is a modern bungalow with 3 bdrs 2baths, two living rooms, central air, fireplace, whirpool bath, wooden floor, a private garden full of mature threes and an electronic garage communicating with thet house. We also have a security system. Very sunny, our home has 2 cabled TV, HI-HI, CD, DVD,VHS, Tape, Fax, Internet, and all the american appliances.
Decorated by a professional, we enjoy the comfort it gives all season.
For AUGUST or SEPTEMBER 09 we want to exchange with ITALY - SPAIN - GERMANY - GREECE.
For a period of 3 to 4 weeks. Very flexible.

Our neighborhoodSituated at 9 km from Montreal, a bus is at the door (litterally), at 200 meters you have the
River des Milles-Iles, where you can do all water sports. Montreal is 10 minutes by car, the autoroute is at 900 meters, you have plenty
of places to park in North Montreal. We live in the immediate suburb of Montreal, with French typical architecture and upgrade boutiques, everything
can be seen and bought by foot. At 20 minutes you are in the Laurentides, for Quebec City (Unesco), 2h 30. Ottawa lh 30. USA border lh 15.
We have a car at your disposition Buick LeSabre.

Something about ourselvesWe are a couple in our late 50's, semi-retired.
John is still working partime now, after a carreer in the Insurance business. Louise was uin the real estate. We have already made
four very succesfull swaps with France. We are
non-smokers, travel alone and are "a bit fussy"
as far as cleaness is concerned. We respect other's house as we expect others will do.
