Our home is over 110 years old, Victorian style and very unique.
It spans 3 storeys high, features a teenager hang-out under the roof and a music room on the main floor complete with drums, guitars, bass and ukulele.
It is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is adjacent to dining room and the living room features a very comfortable sofa and a 47 inch HDTV.
The deck overlooks a fenced back yard that features an above-ground pool that we enjoy everyday day in summer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the toddler room has bunk beds (we also keep a toddler mattress and a playpen on hand for younger visitors)and the attic a double bed complete with TV and couch.
we also keep a queen size blow-up mattress on hand for additional visitors. Our home is over 110 years old, Victorian style and very unique.

Our city offers access to Toronto (via bus, train or car) as well as the world-reknown Muskokas where one can go canoe-camping, fish pikes and bass or spot Hollywood actors on vacation!
Barrie is a gem, allowing for urban and rural holidays as well as catering wilderness adventures a short distance away. We love the wilderness and often disappear on a canoe camping adventure with our sons.
The neighbourhood is peaceful, the neighbours are our friends and our kids play together.
It is an oasis in town and gives us access to summer activities that are within walking distance (tennis, hiking, swimming and a playground for the kids) as well as winter activities a short drive away(ice skating, skiing, dogsleding, snowshoeing and ice fishing).
At the same time, we are a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and entertainment the city has to offer: restaurants, movies, plays, festivals...
We are also close walking distance to a fitness center, grocery store, access to bus and train. Our city offers access to Toronto (via bus, train or car) as well as the world-reknown Muskokas where one can go canoe-camping, fish pikes and bass or spot Hollywood actors on vacation!

Mark (teacher) and Jenny (internal auditor) are a married couple with two sons: Benjamin(4) and Nathaniel (15).
We love the outdoors and would like to experience it through travelling to other countries.
We are very active and love anything that has to do with water (that's why we live by the lake and own a canoe!).
We would love to see your area and show you ours. Mark (teacher) and Jenny (internal auditor) are a married couple with two sons: Benjamin(4) and Nathaniel (15).
