My spacious third floor apartment is light and airy with large windows and skylights. An open plan lounge with fireplace, dining area, chef's kitchen and den form a generous living space. A large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and second bedroom with bathroom make for comfortable and private accommodation for two to three people. Glowing hardwood floors add a warm, clean atmosphere to this serene and uncluttered apartment.

Our three-storey 11-unit boutique apartment building is situated right on Lake Ontario. Within steps of the front door are beaches with walking and bicycle paths, all in a park-like setting sheltered by thick trees. Within easy walking distance is a top-class shopping street with an assortment of fine restaurants, organic and gourmet food stores, coffee houses, an art house cinema, bookstores, and a fine library.
