We offer a large, bright and luxurious 5 star riverside and parkland condo apartment in the city of Ottawa, Canada. Our 3rd floor southwest facing condo unit has 1,850 sqare feet of living space plus a large bacony. The unit includes a bright living room with fireplace, a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom, a 2nd bedroom currently used as an office and library, a large kitchen with granite counter tops, a breakfast nook with access to a 12' X 8' balcony , a comfortable TV den, a dining room, There is also a 2nd full bathroom with marble floor and counter tops and a full pantry with a 2nd fridge. Our home in the sky offers every imaginable amenities including an indoor olympic salt water pool, a residents' library, tennis courts, a large exercise room, a workshop, a games room, a steam bath and shower facility, a common BBQ terrace. The property has security staff 24/7 and a concierge desk.

Our neighborhood
The immediate neighbourhood is best described as like living in a parkland riverside community and yet being right in the core of the city. The prestigious Hunt Club Golf Course is 1 block away. We are 10 minutes away by car from 2 major shopping sectors and from the airport. The Ottawa downtown area is 12 minutes away by car. There is full bus service at the corner. There is shopping, restaurants, walking and bicycle trails, movie theatres and grocery stores all within a 10 minute car ride. My wife Rachel and I are a retired but active professional couple in our early sixties. I was an executive in the field of Human Resources management for 35 years and my wifes is now a burgeoning oil painting artist. We are seasoned world travellers, we are very active and would like the experience living in other world communities through house exchange opportunities.
