The great room looks onto the back patio deck with sweeping private views of Bloomidon Bluff and an orchard. The main floor bedroom has one single bed and the other main floor bedrrom has a double bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath. The lower ground floor level is a home unto itself. Wolfville is a Canadian gem and living here and raising a family for 7 years has been bliss. Bishop Avenue is a prized street in Wolfville and our home backs onto green space and is a short walk to the many miles of walking trails that go throughout the town. We have a beautiful view of Bloomidon Bluff from our private patio and we own the lot beside us so there are no neighbours to the north. Our neighbours are professionals and retirees. We are at the top of the hill on a cul de sac so traffic is non existent. Our large paved driveway gives ample room for parking. Our landscaped stone courtyard is private and pleasant. We can walk to town in 15 minutes and walk to the famous dykes in 10 minutes. We are one hour to Halifax and 1 hour 20 minutes to the airport. Our main street has all amenities and terrific restaurants from pubs to fine dining. Acadia University is one of Canada's top undergrad schools and the students add youth and exuberance to our quiet (3500 pop) town. Our population swells to 7500 in the fall. Maid service is available at an extra cost. ![]() Something about ourselves

Randy and Suzanne moved to Wolfville in 2002 after living off of Point Grey Road and Jericho Beach in Vancouver and having a summer ranch on the Shuswap River near Salmon Arm. Family ties brought Randy home. Randy is a dental surgeon and Suzanne had a career in TV and Radio as an actress in the tv seris Neon Rider. Randy works part time and Suzanne helps out in the dental office when the children are in school. Sam is 15 and Becky is 12 and both children are avid skiiers and travellers. We have been sailing and travelling around the world as a couple for 26 years and as a family for 15 years. We are extremely neat and tidy and our home reflects this. We enjoy akiing in Aspen in the winter and getting to the sun in the winter. We also have a sweet cottage on a local lake 30 minutes from our home and we spend most of our summer there. ![]()
